Accuracy of listings
We make reasonable efforts to keep online vehicle descriptions, photographs, mileage, equipment, pricing, and availability accurate. Because vehicle information may be entered manually or supplied by third parties, an online listing may contain an unintentional error, omission, or delayed update. Contact the dealership to confirm important information before relying on a listing.
Inspection and verification
Used vehicles vary in age, mileage, prior use, and condition. Buyers should inspect and test-drive the vehicle, verify features and specifications, review applicable history information and disclosures, and obtain an independent inspection from a qualified mechanic before purchase.
Pricing and fees
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an advertised vehicle price does not include applicable sales or use tax, DMV registration and license charges, permitted document-processing or electronic-filing charges, or optional products and services selected by the buyer. All charges included in a transaction will be itemized in the applicable written sale documents. Vehicles are subject to prior sale, and errors may be corrected before a final agreement is signed.
Warranty disclosures
The FTC Buyers Guide displayed on the vehicle and provided at sale states whether the vehicle is offered “As Is — No Dealer Warranty” or with a warranty. Any written warranty terms shown on the final Buyers Guide and warranty document control. Website language does not expand or reduce the warranty stated in those documents.
Final documents control
The final signed purchase order, retail installment contract when applicable, Buyers Guide, odometer disclosure, warranty documents, DMV documents, and other required written disclosures constitute the transaction record. Website content is not a purchase contract.
No waiver of legal rights
